I love this grinder and it’s only $12.ħ-10. Then I can control how coarse the salt is. This year, I got an Oxo Good Grips Pepper Mill and put coarse salt in it.

I occasionally grind both salt and pepper onto my cooking, as well as reaching for kosher salt I keep in a container on the counter from which I sprinkle or measure. I got some other bread equipment, including a french bread baker and proofing baskets, but they get used far less than these pans.Ħ. So far, they’re super easy to care for and produce great results. I upgraded to a couple Chicago Metallic 1-pound loaf pans, which are made from carbon steel. I used a metal one for years, but the plastic one is more versatile.ĥ.

It’s a turbocharged version of a pizza stone. This is a 22-pound piece of flat steel that goes into an oven or grill and soaks up heat so that when you put the pizza you made or even a frozen one on the steel, it creates a crisp crust in minutes.
